Industry veteran Chris Hammond has been appointed by O&M to the newly created role of Managing Director as the professional haircare brand continues its global expansion. Chris brings more than 20 years of experience in the professional haircare industry across Australia, the U.K. and the U.S. His appointment follows continued growth for O&M in the U.S. and other international markets.
Inside Chris Hammond’s New Role With O&M
As managing director, Chris will work closely with O&M founder Jose Bryce Smith to support the brand’s next phase of growth. His responsibilities will include strengthening operations, expanding distribution and growing O&M’s presence in the global professional haircare market.
Jose, who has known Chris for more than 20 years, said his experience building and distributing brands will be an asset as O&M continues to expand in Australia and internationally. The appointment will also allow Jose to spend more time focused on the brand’s overall vision.
