Wella Canada has named award-winning hairstylist Chris Weber (chrisweberhair) their first Canadian brand ambassador, tapping the Vancouver-based artist to bring his signature “lived-in luxury hair” aesthetic to education, content and mentorship for stylists across Canada.
Chris is internationally recognized for his approach to dimensional color, seamless extensions and elevated styling, with a focus on healthy hair transformations and an editorial finish. Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, Chris began his career in 2008 before relocating to Canada in 2012 and establishing himself in Vancouver.
As Wella Canada’s first brand ambassador, Chris will help grow the brand’s presence across the country through education initiatives, content creation, mentorship and innovation. His role aligns with the larger Wella Professionals global ambassador program, which brings artists into trend development, education and brand storytelling.

A 2024 #ONESHOT Hair Awards winner, Chris is also the Director of Brand Artistry for Philocaly Hair and Founder of The CW Collection, his custom extension line. In 2017, he opened Vanilla Loft in Vancouver, where he has continued to combine his work behind the chair with stylist education and mentorship across North America.
