Keune is helping salons turn retail conversations into client education with the launch of Shop Small, Care Big, a salon support initiative designed to reinforce the value of purchasing professional haircare directly from stylists.
The campaign provides Keune salon partners with customizable digital, social and in-salon assets, including branded social media graphics, retail displays, shelf signage and QR-enabled materials. The goal: Give salons simple tools to educate clients on the benefits of buying professional haircare in salon while supporting local businesses.
When clients scan the campaign QR code, they are directed to educational content that answers common questions, including why salon-quality products should be purchased in salon instead of online, whether salon products are more expensive than online retailers and how buying directly from a stylist supports the salon community.
The client-facing experience highlights the value of personalized product recommendations, product authenticity and the direct impact salon purchases have on local businesses, professional stylists and the communities they serve.
