Leave it to @shmeggsandbaconn to create the color of all our neon dreams. She mixed a babylights technique with her model’s natural base, then added in the new CHI Chromashine Mellow My Yellow and Orange You Obsessed to create a badass neon color we can’t stop obsessing over. She created this at the BTC House in LA, and you can get a glimpse at all the action in the video below with Farouk artists Anna Cantu and Rocky Vitelli, plus @alix_maya and @shmeggsandbaconn!
