By now, you probably know that Jack is a master at transforming box dyed strands into a stunning silver or gray shade that matches his client's natural grow out. This time, he transitioned box dye black hair into a dimensional pearl ash tone, which he called "the hardest project I have ever done in my whole career" in the Instagram post.
