We're totally crushing on this soft-toned, pastel color melt from #ONESHOT nominee Jennifer Lopiccolo (@jenniferlopiccolo_hair). Jennifer created this look using colors from Joico's Color Intensity Confetti Collection, and she says it's one of her all-time favorite creations.
