In fact, the sheer number of likes it received when we posted it on Instagram (more than 4,000!) speaks for itself. Jessica Mendieta from Butterfly Loft Salon in Los Angeles offers up her formula for achieving the cascading waves of caramel she gave her client Rebecca.
