L'Oréal Professionnel announced that BTC #HOTSHOT Transformation Shot of the Year winner Shelley Gregory (@shelleygregoryhair) will be joining the team as its newest brand ambassador. A colorist/stylist based in her native of Las Vegas, Shelley has been perfecting her craft for more than 15 years. She's recently gone viral for her pastel hair creations.
