- Scott Guinter, General Manager, Kao USA Salon Division
- Andrea DeLeon, Director, Commercial Strategy & Planning, Kao Salon Division, Americas Region and Director, Marketing, Kao Salon Division, Americas Region
- Sandra Humphries, Director, Education, Kao Salon Division, Americas Region
All three will report directly to Trevor Attenborough, Vice President, Salon Commercial, Kao Salon Division, Americas Region.
